Inside Sales Specialist (Las Vegas)

Compensation: open
Employment type: full-time

Basic Function:

To support established sales goals through effective sales techniques and good customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order creation.
  • Building new customer accounts.
  • Building new parts - alternative part numbers.
  • Modify a sales order.
  • Quotation creation; including faxing or e-mailing quotes
  • Converting quote to an order.
  • Handle multiple release orders.
  • Faxing, e-mailing order acknowledgments.
  • Contract order processing, if assigned
  • Route sheet preparation, as required.
  • Improve and maintain established sales levels and assist all departments with providing an atmosphere in team concept.
  • Create and motivate collectively with Inside and Outside Sales Representatives to increase company sales.
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service to maintain accurate delivery schedules for all customers.
  • Assist all departments with supplying quality Customer Service.
  • Assist with increasing sales levels through effective sales techniques.
  • Perform suggestive selling techniques with customers via telephone.
  • Maintain sound business relations with customers, suppliers and all departments.
  • Answer multi-line telephone and assist callers with inquiries. Quote price and delivery on products to customers.
  • Apply knowledge of company products and services to include providing price information as requested.
  • Monitor quality and pricing of orders to meet sales quotas.
  • Source products, pricing and availability for quotes or orders.
  • Improve and maintain sourcing for inside sales to include assisting other team members with documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
